On The Network Security In The National Security

The non-traditional security plays a more and more important role in the international relations. The research to the non-traditional security is increasingly heated, and the problem of the non-traditional security is gaining more and more concerns of demostic and international scholars. Network security is a new and complicated problem in the non-traditional security. With the rapid popularization of computers and the overspeed development of the network, the status of network security in the national security is ascending and network security gets regarding of related field. More scholars, experts and organizations throw time, energy in studying correlations and interaction of the network security and and national security, and strategic action coping with the network security.The rapid developmet of the computer network brings a series of new problems for the research in the international relations. Computers and networks are applied widely in every industry in the modern society for production, management, operation. The dependence upon the computer network is deepening, so netwrok security affects national security significantly and becomes an important factor in the national secuirty gradually, and becomes an important aspect of research of international relations scholars. Researching systematically to what the network security is, the importance of it, the correlations of it and the national security, what problems it contains, and discussing how to cope with these problems, analysing and summarising related countermeasure and strategic action are significant theoretically and practically for our national security and theory research.The thesis aims at via a synthetical and comprehensive point of view, researching related problems of network security, analysing systematically the importance of network security in the national security, correlation of network security and national security, relations of network security and political security,economic security, military security, cultural security etc. To analyse the main problems and their characteristic of network security in today's society, explain some prolbems, analyse some problems and challenges that we are confronted with in network security, and try to bring some viewpoints of my own and make proposal with positive meaning to our network security strategy.
