On China's Security Strategy In The Asia-Pacific Ocean Area In The Twenty-First Century

The economical and political centers of the world are transferring to the area of the Asia-pacific ocean after "the Cold War". Simultaneously,two different kinds of international security viewpoints are acutely colliding in the area. From a long period,the circumstances of security in the area exist frigidly. Therefore,The security of the area of the Asia-pacific ocean comes into being a problem which our governments and scholars should follow with interest. It has been proved that the peace of the Asia-pacific ocean could not be created by "the thought of the Cold War" and its model,and that the collective security model of the European Countries' Alien doesn't fit the area,too. So,to resolve the problem,we must acquire a new security viewpoint,put forward a new security strategy on the Asia-pacific ocean and reestablish a new security model. On the basis of the new security viewpoint,the article has preliminarily an attempt to probe into our country's strategy early in the twenty-first century. Chapter 1 demonstrates the stone of the strategy - the new security viewpoint,its reasons ,main contents and primary characters and stresses that mutual confidence ,benefices,equality and cooperate form the kernel of the viewpoint. Guided by the viewpoint ,Chapter 2 analyses the ideological source of the new security viewpoint and the strategy and the strategy's essentialgrounds and main contents .To bring the strategy into reality,Chapter 3 discusses the primary ways and puts forward some tactful advice to set up the cooperative security regime of the area.
