After the 1990s, swarms of lobar in rural area go outside to make a living, this trend cause great impact on the city and considerable changes to rural areas. With the impact of labors going outside, the marriage and procreation in the rural area have changed obviously.Based on the investigations and analysis of village Ma in north AnHui province, this paper hold the view that the go-outside trend not only brings economic benefit, but also the experiences of being mobile and living in cities to the peasants. It's the experience that makes the peasants have new concept, mode of thinking and action logic which is different from what they have in traditional agricultural society. All these changes as well as the increasing income have influenced the marriage and procreation in rural areas. Citizens in rural areas are more active in their mode of choosing their mates. They attach greater importance to personal qualities and economic abilities. Thus, there is an increasing consumption on marriage. With the modernization of the marriage, divorce, re-marriage and sex are no longer a taboo. Compared with the past, the peasants no longer expect many children and place girls in an inferior place than boys. Besides this, they attach greater importance to the education of their children.The influences of going outside to make a living on the marriage and procreation of peasants are presented in both the active aspect and passive aspect. For instance, the stability of the family and marriage in the rural area destroyed after the swarms of lobar going outside, the consume of the marriage increasing quickly as the income increasing from the going outside, the pregnant before marriage of the going outside girls, the escaping of the birth control in the rural area.The change of the marriage and procreation of peasants indicate that their concept and behavior logic has been in a modern trend, also shows the influence of labors that to outside on the modernization of peasants. We can arrive at the conclusion that go-outside labors in rural areas will push the rural society forward.
