With the transformation of the army in each country from the mechanization to the informationization, the original organization structure of the army has been more and more the obstacles to the fully exertion of the informationized army's. battle effectiveness. So the military revolution requires the adjustments of the original organization structure of the army.This author in this article explains the essence of the new military revolution and the army's organization structure and basing on the analysis of the present situations and the development trends of the organization structures of all the countries in the world, he puts forward a new type of the army's organization structure model suitable to the informat ionized army. Besides, the author makes a comparison of the new organization of the army to the old one, makes an analysis of the practice and the experience in the adjustments of the army's organization structure, and brings forward some advice on our army's organization structure.The following are the main works and innovational points:Firstly, the author in this article puts forward a new type of organization structure model of our army. Basing on the study of the characteristics of our army's recent organization structure adjustment, we find that this adjustment is an essentially innovation and it will results in the appearance of a new type of organization structure model and its replacing of the old one. According to the requirements of the army's informationization, the measures of adjustments in each country and the development trend of the organization structure, we name the army's organization structure appearing at hand "the Army's Organization Structure of a New Matrix Model" . We call it so because the new model has such characteristics as the Matrix organization structure, the simplification of the commanding system, the integration of the battle units and the virtual administration of the logistics etc.Secondly, the author in this article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of both old and new organization structures. According to the study of the information flow's characteristics and the Second Theory of XiangNong, the establishment of the " Mathematic Model of the Battle Effectiveness of the Army's Organization Structure" and the comparison between different organization structures have come true. The information have different usages in the organization structure, so we can make an evaluation of the new and the old ones, which provides a scientific prove to the advantages of "the Army's Organization Structure of a New Matrix Model" .Thirdly, the author makes a study of the practice and the experience of the adjustments of the army's organization structure.
