| Since political party which came up with modern democratic politics became a worldwide common political phenomenon, it has been guiding the development of society in every aspect, directly or indirectly , and gradually, it became the support of modern political system, Whereupon, people focus in political party and research actively into its development road theoretically and practically.In-the course of researching, a problem we meet first is that, what's the essence of political party ? people maintain different idea all along and up to now, we still have no uniform opinion. Put it is certain that people agree with their fatal relation between the concrete structure of organization and the existence and advancement of political party itself. Chinese Communist Party, as one of so many political, owns the common factor of the general ones, besides its individual attribute. As a result it has no exception.Owing to the above mentioned factors, and by means of the more than 80-year's historical exploration into the frame of our party's development of organization structure, this passage attempts to reach some beneficial thoughts to do something for political party's advancement.(I) Following Marxism points and referring to the theoretical achievement of the study to Western and Chinese political party's organization structure, this thesis gives a comparatively sound definition to political party and its structure as well as its inclusive basic factor.(II) Based on the defined confined concept and from three Historical periods (1921-1949,1949-1978,1978-2002) this thesis systematizes our party's organizational ideology regulation, internal structural relationship, Communist as individual, etc, and from that to analyze her characteristic and contributing factor, as well as its influence on the development of our party.To begin with, Chinese Communist Party was founded on thecharacteristic of foreign origin , yet her organization structure founded on the strength of Communist International and also the organizational silage of Kuomintang, which caused a side effect on the prestige of the newly-founded party Fortunately, under of the influence of the situational transition and the increasingly systematization of our party's organization structure, her prestige experienced a change from "rule by people" to "rule by law". Naturally, it will surely be a long process, and can't be finished immediately.In addition, our party's organization structure experienced a developing period from small to big and from imperfect to comparatively perfect. Take a look at her organizational scale, she has developed into a large, mass party with more than 60 million members and 3.5 million fundamental organizations from al illegal, small party with only a few more than 50 people and 8 local organizations. On the subject of our party's regulation construction, it changed from the initial construction of rules and chapters to their alimentary systematization and then gradual perfection, which further systemized the organization of our party; In regard to the social status of the party's member, it changed from the initially and partially emphasizing the members' status (That is, they must come either from workers or from peasants.) To absorbing some excellent people from various class to improve the party's class foundation and to enlarge its mass foundation During this process, we accumulated some successful experience : Firstly, every constituent of our party should adapt to each other and develop harmoniously; secondly, the organization structure of our party should be regulated timely following the changes of her target and task; Thirdly, the problem of cadre was crucial to the development of her organization, and then we should treat this problem seriously and put it into practice .Furthermore, the development of our party's organization construction has experienced lots of tortuousness and delicates.
