In the era of knowledge economy, with the change of the circumstance speeding up, knowledge has become the key point to win through the competition. Learning organization is a new form of organization with the increase of uncertainty of environment in the age of knowledge economy and named as the organization model of the most successful enterprise of the future. Because of the distinction of targets and structures between traditional organization and learning organization, there is a distinction of system model between traditional organization and learning organization. It is a pity that few people have research it. This article focused on the learning organization, systematically reviewed the basic theory of learning organization, and constructed the system model of the learning organization and tried to give primary design to the subsystems of the mode. This article differed the system of learning organization as 5 elements such as learning, people, structure, knowledge, and information, and established a system model of learning organization based on above. After the establishment of the system model of learning organization, the article designed every subsystem. At last the article gave further discuss and summaries by combining the characteristic practice on learning organization carried out by Lenovo Group.The purpose of this article is that by research making clear the key points of learning organization and the relationship of them, so readers can be more clearly aware about learning organization. Therefore the article can provide useful reference for founding and maintaining learning organization.
