The thesis studies the relation between the cadres and the masses under the villager's autonomy background illustrated by Shiwan Village which carried the on-the-spot investigation. From the angle of Party History's research combined the research approach to sociology and the use of the relevant theories of political science on the foundation of Shiwan Village study. The study on the relation between the cadres and the masses is mainly regarded villager's autonomy as the background in Shiwan Village, lays particular emphasis on analyzing the outstanding problems of the relation between the cadres and the masses. From the angle of factor influencing relation between the cadres and the masses, the thesis explores the road to the harmonious new rural relation between the cadres and the masses. The full text is divided into five parts altogether:Part One introduces the definition of the background of the selected title, research meaning, overview, method and relevant concepts.Part Two introduces the basic situations of Shiwan Village, including the background materials on villagers, Party Members, cadres, income situation and so on which establish the foundation for the analysis on the following real example.Part Three mainly describes the outstanding problems existing in the rural relation between the cadres and the masses.
