Job hunting is a serious problem in China today. As the result of lacking the specific law of equal employment and the employing units formulate the employment system, different kinds of discrimination of employment appear and stir the normal order of labor market.Against employment discrimination is not only show the respect to the job-seekers, but the necessity to the development of talent market. There's no rational flow of talents and fulfillment of human's potential abilities without equal talent market which has equal opportunities and principles. Professor ZhouXiaozheng of RenMing University said" Equal employment is related to everyone, the fairness will never be obtained if it is continued with the old way, the employment needs of the units diversified, every dog has its day.
