Industrialization and urbanization are two wheels to promote the development of the society. The harmonious development of the two facts can realize the development of the society. We chose the way of speeding up industrialization as the develop strategy. However the development of Industry is somewhat unbalanced. The efficiency and benefit of it are not so good as we expected. Unavoidably, there are some factors that will restrict the speed of Industrialization. The most obvious factors includerthe speed of urbanization is much slower than that of Industrialization; the level of urbanization is much lower than that of Industrialization. Therefore, speeding up urbanization, making it harmonious with the development of industrialization is the necessary way of developing our country. At present, we have made some worshipful pattern explore and system arrangement in the course of urbanization, especially the fanners' citizenship, which have a good effect. However, the urban-suburb dichotomy structure of our country makes a strong "ratchet wheel effect" on the farmers' citizenship. In addition to other factors, such as economy, system, mentality and culture, although the farmers have the identities as a citizen; they have differences with citizens on the way of thinking and behaving. So the citizenization is not complete in essence.The suburbs own some advantages in geography, culture, economy, polices .it should be better and faster in the procedure of citizenization, and be examples of citizenization. While the fact is that the farmers would not and dare not accept the citizenization. On this kind of background, we take the longhua village as an example.
