Interpreting The Consciousness Of Public Servants From Socialist Contract Ethics

Socialism is the society which is under the control of People. In the society, People is the master and government officials are the public servants. How to strengthen the consciousness of social public servants and bring into play the spirit of master are an important administrative premise which can safeguard political brightness and social democracy. But, in fact, we see that some "public servants" turned into "masters" while true masters lose their masters status. How to turn the government officials into responsible, lawful and attentive public servants is an important problem which needs us to continual solution.I think we should enhance constitutional democracy on the base of socialist contract ethics culture. After all, it is a basic way to solve the problem.The original meaning of contract is the mutual beneficial business which is reached by negotiations from two parties or above. After hundreds of years accumulation of contract culture, contract has become a reasonable choice in humans' practice, and has a meaning of ethics. Contract ethics not only contain political freedom, equality, fairness and justice, but also individual morality and group morality. Contract ethics adds politics to universal justices and morality. The limit of contract ethics about social public servants is, in the scope of law, public servants not only enjoy rights but also responsibilities and obligations.Here is the basic idea of the thesis. Firstly, we will understand the essence of contract ethics and the relation between the contract ethics and modern political sociality. Then, we will analyze the present situation ofconsciousness of public servants and the meaning of reconstruct by Marxs theory of social public servants. After that, interpret the consciousness of public servants from socialist contract ethics and explore some reasonable measures to strengthen social public servants.This thesis consists of three parts, namely "basic contents of contract ethics" , "present situation of consciousness of public servants and the meaning of reconstruct" and " contract ethics and social publicservants "In the first part, it is pointed out that the meaning of contract and contract ethics, and contract ethics is reasonable in political field. They have the dialectical relationship between the contract ethic and political equality and democracy in contractual economy.In the second part, We discuss Marx's thoughts of social public servants in his works the civil war of France, analysis the present situation of social public servants, raise a new task of reconstruct the consciousness of public servants by Marx s theory of public servants.In the last part, the writer points out firstly that the consciousness of public servants is a consciousness of responsibility, Government which contract ethics request should be contract government, we should create a successful government by some measures, for example, put democratic election into practice, enhance citizen consciousness, administer officials according to law and strengthen supervise systems.
