On The Construction Of Political Civilization Subject In Rural Area In The Transformation Period

The political civilization of socialism is one of the leading goals and constitutes basic content of the construction of politic and socialism modernization of China. Thus, systematic and profound research on and the interpretation of political civilization has great significance both in theory and in reality. With the period of society transformation in China as background, this thesis draws on the academic achievement of other scholars for reference, and takes Marxist theory of politics as theoretical guide to conduct a profound research on the present situation and the problem about the political quality of political civilization subject in rural area in the society's transformation period of China in order to explore the means to construct the subject.This thesis consists of four parts. Part one, starting from the investigation over the definition of political civilization, systematically copes with different interpretations about political civilization put forward by academic circle, discusses the meaning, characteristic and function of political civilization subject in rural area which is the constructor and bearer of political civilization and has such characteristic as initiative, passiveness, gradation and legality, and states the significance for the construction of political civilization subject in rural area.Part two mainly explores the relationship between society transformation of China and the growth of political civilization subject. Firstly, this part states the society transformation of modern China and main features of this transformation; Secondly, it analyzes the relationship between society transformation of China and the growth of political civilization subject and hold that the transformation provides vast social space, political stage, and favorable cultural atmosphere for the growth of this subject; Then, it addresses the meaning and characteristic of society transformation in rural area.
