The Basic Of Socially Polical Civilization-Political Subject Civilization

Political civilization is the most important component of the social civilization of mankind。The basis of the socially political civilization is political subject civilization. If the quality of political civilization's subject has no improvements essentially, the entire social construction will fail. Therefore, the thesis explore how to construct the social civilization from the view of the political subject .It is composed of three chapters. The 1 chapter mainly explores the definition and structure of the political subject civilization and political civilization to give the development of the political subject civilization the basically theoretical grounds. The 2 chapter explores political subject civilization is the basic standing,action and value.1)The basic standing of the political subject civilization: it is the power of the political system 's construction, the reflection of the political awareness civilization and the reflection of the political action civilization.2) the action of the political subject civilization: it is the great power of the political system reform and the great force of the political virtuous move.3)the value of the political subject civilization : economical value,spiritual value and political value. The 3 chapter is the key to the thesis. It explore how to make political subject civilization fall into action on the basis of the principle and goal: firstly, strengthen the ruling party to make it civil according to the law in power ; secondly , foster government to make it civil according to the law administrate; thirdly ,mainly foster the public to make it civil participate in government and political affairs.
