Property right system is the significant element to guarantee the effectiveness realization and to accelerate the economy development, specific property right also is the key that wildlife resources play such optimum effectiveness .The resources of wildlife not only have significant ecology value, but also have specified economic value and community value. Protecting the wild recourses rigorously and domesticating to reproduce utilizes the artificial resources is one of the fundamental essence of PRC. In order to carry through the policy of wildlife conservation management, and to carry out the reasonable development and utilization, we must participate in the market competition actively. What we must resolve first is the problem of property right. According to the characteristic of wild animal resources of our country and the condition of economic society development, the text is to explore the establishment of wildlife ownership diversification and reasonable system of property rights transfer system in respect of wildlife resources on the basis of the basic law. Property right of the wildlife is a series of property right for pointing to take wildlife ownership as main of total. From the static angle, property right of the wildlife mainly points to the relationship that wildlife ownership belongs to. From the dynamic angle, property right of the wildlife points to the relationship that wildlife ownership transfers. This text will also take the ownership of our country wildlife as core, involved hunting right, domesticating right and management right of the wildlife.
