Perfecting The Legal System Of Water Resource Protection Of Our Country

Water resource protection is a hot topic, which is being discussed by researchers in recent years. Our country is an example that lacks water resource with its per capita water remains low, keeping an extreme imbalance of distribution. Moreover, the contradiction between provision and need of water is getting worse, which seriously threatening the sustainable development of society. Based on the present situation, I keep an active attitude to explore, adopting the results of others'researching. I make a further exploration and research on the legislation of water resource protection, hoping this work can do contribution to the legal system building of water resource.The paper is to be divided into three parts:In the first part, the problem on the law of water resource protection is discussed and its concept and features are illustrated.
