Some Thoughts Of Perfecting The Food Recall System In China

After the reform and opening in China, the economy develop rapidly. Meanwhile, there are kinds of serious food safety problems in China. The "question food" repeatedly emerged and threatens the rights and interests of consumers. Food recall system is derived from the auto recall system, it is an effective solution to food safety problems, and an effective measure to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers. The development of the food recall system in China is not yet mature, it is in the initial stage. At the moment of the revision of "Food Recall Management Regulations", I will elaborate the related theories of food recall, contrast and analyze the legislation experiences in different western developed countries, find out the deficiencies of the food recall system in China, and puts forward some improvement suggestions for related problems, in order to make food recall system play to due utility in solving the problem of food safety in China.
