In recent years, with the spread of regional economic integration, regional issues have been widely concerned. At first, regionalization means the process of regional economic integration, which is accomplished by neighboring countries through bilateral or multilateral agreements. But now, the boundaries of regions have been broken, and some specific regional trade arrangements may also include non-regional countries. The rapid development of regionalization has greatly changed international economic order, and deeply affected international economic law.Partâ… : The Form of Regionalization.It is commonly considered that there are five forms of regionalization. According to the different levels of integrity, it can be divided into PTA, FTA, CU, Common Market and Economic Union. PTA refers to the tariff of the commodities which were produced in the interior of the very region is lower than in the exterior ones. The members of the FTA kick away the obstacles in the way to the free trade for each other. But they have not settled the terms of uniform tariff. CU refers to that all of the members shall settle the uniform tariff based on the FTA. The members of the shared market shall not only carry out the free trade, but also the free flow of service, capital and labors. The members of the economic union in the very region allow the free flow of service, capital and labors. And they should adopt the common policies of economy under the mechanism of policy accordance. We should pay attention to that which adopted form of regionalization should be decided by the agreement of the members. The necessity of development from low-grade to high-grade does not exist.
