The relation between feminism and international economic law don't be studied deeply by the scholars, but with the development of the international economic integration and globalization, the feminist start pay attention to these influences that the development bring on to the women, and put forward the challenge to the international economic organizations at the same time, and reply the threat that trade liberalism and globalization has brought. Hence, the feminist start introspect the international economic law. The paper is not intended to provide a comprehensive and authoritative explanation of the relation between feminism and International Economic Law. Rather, the purpose of the paper is to sketch out some intersections of feminist and International Economic Law. In order to solving the problem of gender discrimination and carrying out the gender equality within the scope of the seven seas, feminist give some analysis of feminist theory on the critiques of international trade law.This paper is composed of three chapters .Chapter one introduces the feminism and feminist Jurisprudence. By the analysis of feminism theory, we look the feminism as a kind of academic angle of view, and take gender as the tool to query to some traditional sciences, at the same time, we can also put forward the new methods of thinking on the methodology, and provide a vast of theory area for the academic research. Compared with the traditional study, feminism has the special innovation on the epistemology and methodologies.
