As an important part of the national public servant system, the assessment system is the basis for award, punishment, salary and promotion . It assesses the ability, morality, diligence, honesty and achievements of the national public servant periodically and casually, according to the basic assessment principle, main contents, methods, procedures of the related laws, regulations, statutes and policies. In order to make the assessing work legalized, scientized, standardized, the personal ministry and organization ministry of CCP central committee issued Public servant assessing law of the People's Republic of China, Temporary regulation of the national public servant assessment. The national public servants undertake important respon- sibilities, such as economy regulation, market supervision, society manage- ment and public service. The assessing system of the national public servant is a widely-concerned problem for every country government, which is closely connected with the public servant team construction and the admini- stration efficiency. Currently, the public servant assessment of our country has set up the basic frame, got many successful experiences, but still exist a few system disadvantages .Mainly adopting literature analytical method, researching method, be- havior research method and statistic analytical method, combining with many years working experiences as a public servant and my systematic research on administration law, politics, personality, psychology, teaching material, academic essays and theoretical articles, the essay goes in four aspects.The essay has a deeply discussion and analysis about the main problems in the assessing process, combining with the working practice.
