As the technology develops day by day, many unprecedented problems come into being for human beings to deal with. For example, the expressiveness of traffic and convenience of information transmission has speeded up the formation of"Global Village". As a leap in the development of technology, the coming of the Information Age, especially the computer Internet has turned so many"unbelievable"into reality. The Internet unites the whole world together to form an immense visual society. One can keep contact visual world just with a computer at hand.
