Analysis Of The Security Environment Of China's Peaceful Rise

China's new generation of leaders put forward the "peaceful rise" theory as a direction of China's development .In order to make China move in this direction and have a steady development, it is necessary to thoroughly analyze the internal and external security environment, and construct a Chinese national security system. The principal discussed the formulation of the theory of China's peaceful rise and its theoretical significance. Through analyzing the domestic and international security environment, I bring out a few ideas on constructing our security system.The first part deals with China's peaceful rise and its impact on international security.First, I make a brief description of "peaceful rise" theory's process. This topic is raised by Zheng Bijian for the first time on the Boao Forum in 2003, former vice minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Long Yongtu also raised this issue in Wuhan University speech, "peace rising" has become the focus of media attention at home and abroad. By the end of 2003, Chinese State Council Premier Wen Jiabao and Chinese President Hu Jintao spoke at the lecture and symposium on theory. All these meant that "peaceful rise" has become China's national strategy.Second, I expounded the theoretical significance of "peaceful rise". First, it rejected the "China threat theory" bias argument, clearly expressed in the rise of China, striving for peace and opposing to hegemony will be conducive to world peace and stability. Second, it created a new power development path and model. Third, it made clear the developmental direction of China.
