In recent years, the study of U.S. Neo-conservatism is quite popular at home and abroad. In particular, the Bush administration's foreign relations and the new conservatism is more concerned by the academics. As a superpower, the U.S. actions are subject to the attention of the States. This paper first sort out the profile of the new conservatism, chase the back. Then on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the neo-conservatives and the Bush administration, and also adopted some of the facts prove the neo-conservatives 's foreign expansion in the Bush administration. On this basis we can find some limitations of the new conservatism, it is not difficult to understand in Bush's second term and gradually reduce.In this paper, a total of three parts: introduction, body, conclusion. There are five parts in the body. The first part focuses on the new conservatism 's the origin and development of some proposals. The second part is the Bush administration's foreign policy and the new conservatism of the intricate relations. The third part on the Bush administration foreign policy by the impact of the new conservatism, through the United States on the Iraq issue and the Korean issue and specify the neo-conservatives in Bush's first term role. Part IV on Bush after his re-election in the Republican midterm election defeat and "the issue of Iraq Study Group Report" issued by the environment, cleaning the neo-conservative elements, put realists. Foreign policy adjustments. Concluded the new conservatism of their own limitations that the new conservatism will not disappear.
