By the end of 2005, the total amount of Party members of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has already been to 70, 800, 000. How to make such a huge organization releases the powerful fighting capacity, the key point is to release the Party member's function finally. "It (CPC) is not the total of simple figures of a lot of Party members, but the unified organism stood up according to certain law by all Party members." And in the CPC, Party member' s right is the important element that can promote the chemical reaction within this organism.The value of the study on the Party member's right of the CPC is not only lies in its affirmation to Party member' s value, but lies in the promotion to the inner-party democracy, the full play which leads strength of the party, enhancement of the ability of administration to the party. This text analyzes about the characteristic of Party member' s right at first, from cut on theoretical foundation of Party member' s right, and then studies the structure key element of Party member' s right , regards the development of the Party member's right as the concrete target, and do a systemic research on Party member's right that the CPC party constitution stipulated.The Party member's right is that the power and interests confirmed by the party constitution or other inner-party regulation refer to the Party member' s political democratic rights mainly.It was launched from three respects that the structure key element of Party member' s right is studied.
