Historical Changes And Reality Enlightenment Of CPC's Member Development Policy Since The Foundation Of PRC

Since the founding of the PRC,the long-term reign of CPC rule as an institutional arrangement,and continue to plan the overall situation,long-term fresco,through another session of the endeavor and continue to forge ahead,and promote the country's long-term goal of continuous realization,so it further approached the glorious side of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,it is undeniable that in the 30 years of reform and opening up,the party is facing increasingly sharp 'four dangerous' and'four tests',on the road to a glorious career,there are many contradictions,risk and challenges in front of the party and the country.Under the 'Golden Age',deep sorrow'leads to enlightenment'.The party should rationally examine the ruling crisis under long-term ruling,as well as actively explore the development path of the construction of the ruling party from theory and practice.This exploration should begin with the party's most basic policies and problems.Party members are the body cells and behaviors of the party,and the Party member troop construction is the the basis of party construction projects,which determines the basic role of Party member development policy,who is reasonable or not directly affects the vitality and ruling power of the party.In view of the above reasons,this paper tries to make a historical investigation on the development policies of CPC members in various historical periods since the founding of new China,and on this basis,scientifically summarizes historical experience and explores beneficial practical enlightenment.In the process of the study,this article is consistent with the usual division habits of the history,besides,it divides and studies the development policy respectively for the four historical periods since the founding of the Chinese Communist Party.On the basis of the combination of history and logic,this paper basically follows the following thinking path to write:First of all,this paper analyzes the historical background of each historical period since the founding of the People's Republic of China and the historical tasks the party faces;and then,combs the party members to develop relevant policies in accordance with historical timing;Finally,it analyzes the practical significance of the development policy of the Party members in this period.After the integration of the research achievements of the four historical periods,the article sums up the historical experience and practical enlightenment of the Party members' development policy since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Besides the introduction,the contents of each chapter are summarized as follows.The first chapter mainly combs the development policy of the Party members in the whole transitional period of socialism.This chapter is divided into three sections,whose first section describes the background of the early years of the founding of the PRC and the historical mission of the party,which is the era requirements and realistic basis for the formulation and implementation of Party members' development policies in the transitional period.The second section mainly combs the historical development of the Party members' development policies from three aspects:the development standards of party members,the development procedure of party members and the relevant meetings and documents for the development of party members.The last section makes a brief analysis on the fit of the times of the Party members'development policy in the transition period.The second chapter mainly analyzes the development policy of the Party members in the period of comprehensive construction of socialism.This chapter first analyzes the party's preliminary exploration of socialism and the process of the twists and turns of the Party's construction during the Eighth Party Congress,and then combs the historical evolution of the Party's development policy in three aspects of standards,procedures and related documents.Finally,it briefly considers the historical rationality of the party members' development policy in this period.The third chapter mainly summarizes the development policy of the Party members in the period of the Great Cultural Revolution.This chapter is divided into three sections.The first section elaborates the social and historical background:the objective situation of the 'Cultural Revolution' at home and abroad,as well as the development of inner-party 'leftist' thoughts.In the second section,the development of the Party members is basically stagnant due to the historical particularity of the period,and we make a brief summary of its drawbacks and reasonable progress.The third section analyses and reflects the development policy of Party members in this period.The fourth chapter mainly studies the party members' development policy in the new period of reform and opening up.The first section of this chapter explains the new historical task faced by the party under the background of reform and opening up,the great revolution across the century.The second section combs the historical evolution of the party members' development policies,and the last section makes a brief summary of the party members' development policies in the new historical period.The fifth chapter mainly summarizes the historical experience and explores the practical enlightenment.This chapter is the sublimation of the whole thesis,and it summarizes and sums up the historical experiences of Party members' development policies since the founding of the People's Republic of China,which aiming at providing beneficial realistic enlightenment for the formulation of the Party members'development policies under the new situation.In the conclusion part,based on the existing analysis and research,we can explore the thinking path of the party members' development policy formulation,explore the development policy and values of the Party members and avoid the real risks,and provide useful lessons for the scientific construction of the Party organization and leadership team at this stage.
