Researches On The Law Problems Of Domestic Comprehensively Free Trade Zone

Having gone through all kinds of hardships and difficulties, full of much frustration, the world trade has finally walked through the queasy and hardly time. Suffered the wind and frost, domestic free trade zone is facing a century perplexity now. In the process of researching and studying, facing so many free trade areas(FTAs) and free trade zones(FTZs) which differ in modalities and functions, many a scholar and learner are confused too often. For example, it is still not clear for their cognition of conceptions, functions and characteristics of FTA and FTZ. In the wave of global economy liberalization and regional economy integration, all nations in the world are making greatest efforts to develop "open economy" and free trade. Among the efforts, propelling diverse free trade zones to transform to domestic comprehensively free trade zones is a very important measure for all nations and regions to develop their free trade. Therefore, it is necessary for us, in fair weather prepare for foul, to make out programming for the future development of free trade zones.
