The historic site comes from the mankind's creation activity, is the outcome of the special history environment, and it can not get away from the environment that it exists. We should notice the authenticity of the historic site and its peripheral environment appearance. Because of the factor of the idea, system...etc. the historic site and its surroundings environment are destroyed to the certain degree during the construction of the city. That derogates environmental vales of the historic site, and that is also a breakage to our space, living environment to us actually, is to the citizen threat of the good environment power, to the environment view of sustainable development. The research of the legal system of the historic site, not only contribute to the cultural inheritance that protects our country, to the environmental protection of our country but also have the important meaning.Cultural heritage, including the historic sites is the whole mankind's common wealth. Protection of the cultural heritage not only is an each nation of important job, but also is the whole common duty of international society. Under the push of the cultural heritage protection sport of the world and the leading of a series of and international charter, the international community all investigates continuously in the cultural heritage protection realm. Though our country has already obtained some achievement in the protection in the historic site, become a set of protection law system that compare the integrity, it still exists some irregularities, having some problems to resolve. The research object of my paper is the protection law system of the historic site.
