With the transformation of the society, a large number of peasant workers in rural China moved from countryside to the urban society has an important practical significance. When the peasant workers move from their rural hometown to the cities, the changes are not only in the case of geography. What really count are the changes of their thinking method, psychological tendency and the systems in which they live.So,these changes we mentioned above are really the processes of the peasant workers adaptation to the changes of their environment. The research on the adaptability of the peasant workers is not a key point in the study of "farmers' frenzied hunt for work in cities" but also very significant for the realization of urbanization and modernization in our country.Taking the peasant workers from hennan as a case and starting from theories of socialization, modernization, urbanization, discrimination and immigration, this thesis discusses the peasant migrants' economical, social and psychological adaptation of the urban society.This thesis emphasizes the effective countermeasure about resolve the conflict, including reforming the institutions of registered. Permanent residence, breaking dual social structure, realizing synchronizing the city and the countryside, reforming managements about city, promoting reciprocity between peasant workers and urban residents, improving the building of city community, building up the ability of self serving and sense of description to city which Peasant workers should have, establishing forecast institution about the conflict, reducing the intention and intensity of conflict.
