Analysis And Strategy Of Guangzhou Civil Servants' Mental Health State

Objective of research:1. State the mental health status of Guangzhou civil servants.2. Compare the state of civil servants of different rank, gender, education degree, age ,and the age of work, analyze the relative reasons.3. Make out strategy of mental health adjustment to Guangzhou civil servant. Object and Method:1.Draw out Guangzhou civil servants from different function department as research object, according to different rank, gender, education degree, age ,and the age of work. We had totally three hundred civil servants as our research object, with receiving rate of 96.67%, 269 efficient questionnaires, and the efficiency rate of 92.76%.2.Research content: basic information,90 terms of symptom SCL-90。 3. Data input and Stat. analyzation: establish database by FoxPro6.0, make statistics disposal using SPSS10.0 statistical software, Stat. method including Descriptive statistic, T-test, Bivariate Correlations analysis, Chi-square test, ONE-WAY ANOVA.
