On The New Thought Of Pushing Our Government's Good Governance Forward

Good governance is one of the forward theories in international social science of the 21^st century, which is a new social management way found by western countries when they faced the market and the government both lost their efficacy .This theory is paid close attention on and imitated by more and more non-western countries because it is a trial that modern society want to identification, including many widespread use it to solve the problem of group identification principles. However, we should consider whether the theory which came from western political system and social environment is suitable to other countries, especially to us China. Our country's scholars have made much research, but many of them are limited to introduce the achievements made by the western scholars, or according to the need of their study field, making very limited probe, which affect further study about it. So this thesis try to use Marxist world view and methods, for the purpose of pushing the good governance forward, to systematically and fully elaborate the use and development of good governance in China, full of realistic meaningfulness .But before ,there is no thesis completely concerning it, so I want to endeavor to finish this task. This thesis starts with the definitions of good governance made by foreign scholars, elaborating its definition, expounding its connotation and feature, and makes the conclusion that good governance is the necessary choose of social development. Then the thesis makes a detailed and objective dialectical analysis of the constituent elements of good governance in order to find the interactive law. On the basis of this I propose the requirement and measures of pushing good governance forward, this happens to coincide with the requirements made in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16^th Central Commission of the Chinese Communist Party.
