A Study On Constructing The Ethics Of China's NGO

This thesis analyzes the phenomenon of domestic and international NGO's ethical spirit, moral mission and the failure of ethics as well as its reason. To ensure the healthy development of China's non-governmental organizations and to promote the achievement of its spirit and avoid the ethical failure, we must improve its ethical framework and stick to its spirit in the ethical development. Perfecting China's NGO ethical construct and the key point is to actively promote its development process ethical system development path. From the system level to improve government ethical regulations and legislation system, promote Chinese NGO management legal level, perfect external system environment to ensure China's NGO autonomy, improve organizational oversight mechanisms to ensure the public nature of Chinese non-governmental organizations, and to improve its self-regulatory mechanism to ensure the voluntary nature of Chinese non-governmental organizations.
