Leagl Research Of Electronic Bill Used In World Trade

The electronic bill is the important payment method in the world trade. But there is still a long way to go to found a bill exchange system by internet. Personally I think the basic elements to build such a system include the legal resolutions as follows:(a) The law must accept that the electronic bill is equal to the written instrument regulated in the laws of paper bill;(b) The data of electronic bill must be considered as legal evidence commonly;(c) The authorized Certificate Authority must be confirmed by the laws and regulations throughout the world;(d) A steady, reliable and functional electronic bill exchange system could be founded when the above problems has been resolved.The conclusion is that as the worldwide e-commerce develops, the electronic bill exchange system foundation will not be a dream any more on the basis of the resolution of the legal problems mentioned above.
