Research On The Administrative Remedy System Of The Right To Education

In recent years, with the development of economy, a series of reforms have been put up on educational system and the awareness of the general public to safeguard their rights has been strengthened. Meanwhile, some lawsuits regarding the rights of the people to receive education have been given broad attention and hot discussion. Due to the deficiency of relevant laws, regulations and administration, the rights to receive education cannot be guaranteed and financially supported. Therefore, it is necessary to make in-depth research on the status quo, deficiency and causes of administrative remedy system of the right to education so as to enhance the healthy development of Chinese education cause.On the basis of the relevant theories accomplished in China and foreign countries, this thesis adopts cases of the constitution, administrative laws and educational laws and methods of comparison, literature analysis and demonstration.
