Study On The Management To The Community Volunteers Service In Beijing

The voluntary service is a lofty social cause.On the basis of conscientious spirit and setting up bright hope in mankind,the voluntary service develops with development of the society.There are more and more people who participate in voluntary service and the service field becomes wider and wider.The voluntary service has already become a important means which promots society's all-round developing.Today,community volunteer service has become the focus,because of the same relationship with our traditions.The uniqueness of the volunteer community service decided that its human resources management is different from The Profit Organizations and the government. In China, volunteer community service in the theory and practice of management studies has just begun.Therefore,the management of volunteer community service is very important to study the theoretical and practical significance.This research proposed the suggestion from the following several respects: the government should offer the good administrative environment and legal environment for the management of the community volunteer and improve approval degree of the public to the volunteer,and it should perfect community volunteer service organizations'own mechanism of management to the volunteer. According to human resources management processes, and community volunteers in the management process should include the following basic components:planning,recruitment and selection,orientation and training,and incentives to maintain, identify and evaluate the situation.The relationship between all aspects of interrelated and mutually influence each other constraints.Finally, the management of Beijing Lugu Community Volunteer Association conducts an empirical study, in order to provide a reference of the development of voluntary services for other communities in Beijing.
