Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Community Volunteer Service In Huangshi City

To carry out extensive volunteer service is an important symbol of city civilization of a society and progress,is the practice of socialist core values,an important measure to enhance the level of social morality;it is an important way to create a national civilized city,leading the city civilized fashion.In the local Party committees,the government can not unavoidably,the case of everything,in the community volunteer service to mobilize all social forces to actively participate in peace building,traffic order management,enhance the quality of citizens,environmental protection,Empty Nester and left-behind children mental health maintenance and other social hot and difficult problems,it has a great advantage,can solve problems for the residents.Increase the harmonious factors and plays an irreplaceable role for the improvement of social civilization.At present,the academic community on the community volunteer service has many research results,based on the research of them or in voluntary service development process,significance,mechanism construction,or in a city(community)as the scope of research,but the research in view of the small and medium-sized city of the fruit is still rare.This paper discusses the status quo of community volunteer service in Huangshi city and the existing problems,analysis and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,strive to work for the government departments to the next step,to promote the community volunteer service to provide theoretical reference and development.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,firstly,the background of this study,theoretical and practical significance are introduced;secondly,the paper summarized and analyzed the relevant research results at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and research methods of this paper;thirdly,the research contributions and defects were explained.The second part is about the definition of community,community volunteer service,community volunteers and other concepts related to this research,and expounds the related theories.The third part is an overview of the development of the community volunteer service in Huangshi.The fourth part is through questionnaires,field visits,access to information,new situation on the development of community volunteer service in Huangshi were summarized,summed up to extract the main problems existing in the development of community volunteer service in Huangshi,and analyzes the reasons.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of community volunteer service in Huangshi city.
