Voluntary organization, as one of NGO, widely participatesin community transaction management, which is one of mature society features.Some achievements of building voluntary service in the field of Voluntary serviceconstruction, have been summed up, on the basis of introducing the concept of voluntary service, the development of Voluntary service and the aim of building a harmonious community, bycombining the practice of YangJing community in building community. At the same time, theproblems in voluntary service have been analyzed, with the following suggestions and solutions.
