Research On Warning Education For Public Officials

Strengthening the warning education of public officials is an important part of the system of punishing and preventing corruption.It is an urgent requirement for promoting the building of a clean and honest government and anti-corruption work.It is also an internal need to promote the comprehensive and strict management of the party.Based on the background of anti-corruption work since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper clarifies the connotation,characteristics and mechanism of warning education for public officials,reviews the basic course of warning education for public officials since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and analyzes the existence of warning education for public officials.The main problem is to propose countermeasures to strengthen the warning education work for public officials.This study finds that the warning education of public officials is a warning education activity for public officials.It presents four characteristics of purpose,dynamicity,integrity and long-term.At present,there are still problems in the warning education of public officials in China,such as the lack of warning,the lack of guidance and transformation,and the poor sustained effect of education.To this end,it is necessary to build a warning system for public officials,optimize the methods for warning of public officials,broaden the scope of warnings for public officials,integrate public service personnel to warn educational media resources,and improve the warning mechanism for public officials.
