Citizens as the main body of modern countries,it is the key to the development of national stability,is to promote the development of the society.A modern citizens is the history of social development,with independent subjectivity unity,equality,power and responsibility the main body,free tension with limit etc.Characteristics.Marxism tell us,citizenship,not only means an identity,also means that the active participation and more responsibility,etc.In contemporary China,the correct understanding of the relationships between citizens and state,to explore a citizen should learn what content,is a kind of personality,etc.,and are all need to study the major issues of citizen education content.Citizen education is a supplement to the current moral education,ideological and political education,and gradually to the transformation of a kind of education activities.From ancient Greece,its thought is a product of modern education,in the west has experienced the traditional liberalism,republicanism and communitarians,multiculturalism and other modern trend.These thoughts to reveal the connotation of citizen identity.But Marxism does not deny the citizen education,in his classic book about "citizen" two words and citizen education thought and contents of the statement is very much also,for our country to carry out citizen education research provides a theoretical reference and basis.Countries due to different national conditions,to carry out the present situation of the citizen education,the construction of citizen quality content,the carrier of citizen education and methods,and citizens in real-life situations and different.But most of the countries of the basic content of citizen education are roughly same,mainly focus on the education of knowledge,skills,education and standard education,the respect of the citizen's subjectivity,notice the individual is to participate in national politics and social life ability,advocating personal of national modernization,only to realize the citizen's identity,to realize national modernization.On the contrary,if the "identity crisis",will cause a lot of factors is not unity.Therefore,to maintain social harmony and stability need to shape the citizen identity.Cultivate qualified citizens is the fundamental goal of civic identity,and realize the harmonious development of society is the ultimate goal.Citizen education is an important way of citizen identity realization and means,citizen identity is an important goal of citizen education.But as a result of citizen education has not won official recognition,a lot of theory and practice of civil education still need further study and research,especially to build suitable for the study of modern Chinese citizen education content system is insufficient,also make the citizen education practice can't find the right form to present.Starting from the perspective of citizen identity,therefore,the study of citizen education content to build is advantageous to the citizen education system perfect,to develop a common identity psychology,realize citizen identity,and promote the development of political stability and social harmony.But,according to our country elementary and middle schools of the textbooks,outline,the objective analysis and guidance by the education object of field survey and network questionnaire survey,the author collected a large amount of data,and has carried on the concrete analysis,found that under the reality of citizens' identity crisis,construct Chinese citizen education content of all the difficulties.At present,the main problems of citizen education content includes:the number of citizen education content arrangement is not enough to cause the citizen identity,lost citizen identity confusion,curriculum structure is not rational curriculum content theme is not prominent cause citizen identity fuzzy,curriculum content is replaced identity leads to deviation,citizen from causing poor identification,etc.How to crack the plight of the citizen education content,to solve the problem of citizen identity that basis?This paper puts forward the citizen identity internal tension and Chinese citizen education content building,internal logic,to construct the theoretical basis of the principle,basic characteristics,goals,direction,etc.,and it is concluded that Chinese citizen education five aspects:the main content,makes every effort to solve the main problem of the civic identity crisis,so as to realize citizen identity.Education to upgrade to promote national identity through political and economic,democracy and the rule of law education counterparts to promote traditional identity,and the citizen moral education innovation to promote cultural identity,the socialist core values education in promoting value identity,the survival and development by the education to promote social approval.The idea and puts forward the basic theories of citizen education in our country,and compared the main contents,but in fact they are an organic system,closely related,not isolated existence,may also cross overlap in some occasions.Paper,starting from the core concept and the connotation of the concept,formation and development of citizen education,basic content and contemporary value as the main line,with the concept of citizen identity,category,goal and system as the carrier,to analyze the problem of citizen education content as the center,draw lessons from foreign advanced citizen education content and the implementation approaches,by investigating the situation of subjective and objective problems of Chinese citizens content analysis,combined with the theoretical perspective of citizen identity puts forward the thinking of China citizen education content to build.For our country citizen education content system provides a new Angle of view,framework and empirical analysis,and improves the system of citizen education research,for the further research of citizen education in our country,the development and the realization of the citizen identity laid a solid foundation.
