Creativeness Of PIW After The Reformation Of The State-run Enterprises

In the past years, Political Instructive Work for Enterprise Young Staff (PIW) has been playing an important role by revolving around the production of enterprises and the youth development. However, the development of market-oriented economy and the deepening of enterprise reform have direct and profound effects on the youth development, their key roles in the enterprises, the social security and their minds. Besides, they change the role, task, content, methods, mechanism and working team of PIW. Confronted with such practical problems, to carry out creative research is the general tendency of PIW, is the appeal of the enterprises, and is also the pressing demand of the development of the young staff.This thesis focuses on creativeness of PIW after the reformation of the state-run enterprises. The research is carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews, caparison and observations. The thesis is divided into three parts. Part One deals with the definition, features and the role of PIW, pointing out the difference between PIW for youth and PIW for other groups of people. Based on the latest research findings, Part Two provides the comprehensive analysis of the direct impacts brought by the establishment of modern enterprises systems and the reform of the state-run enterprises, justifying creative research in PIW. Part Three is the key section which concerns the results of creative research on working principles, content and ensuring factors for PIW in the new situations. This part makes to the fore the creativeness of working notion, objectives and tasks, means and methods, and systems of PIW. What is the most distinctive is to advance that the youth should be led to reinforce moral construction with the help of new means and media such as internet and volunteering work, making prominent the education of ideal and belief; to promote the construction of enterprise youth culture, building learning-style organizations; to exploit expertise resources of the youth, enhancing the creativeness of enterprise techniques; exploring effective ways to carry out democratic staff regulations and to represent and defend the interest of the youth, embodying the new demands for PIW in line with the view of science and technology advance. It is the part which embodies creativeness in terms of both theory and practice.
