Research Of Circular Economy Legislation In Guizhou Province

Circular economy is right for the time and fast growing. It has gradually become the mainstay of resource reservation and environmental protection to boost the sustainability of economy by recycling and to legislatively ensure circular economy to be put in practice in every aspect of our society. The objective of this thesis is to brainstorm and preliminarily construct circular economy law system that will effectively promote resource reservation and environmental protection in Guizhou Province, by studying the status of circular economy legislation in Guizhou Province, evaluating circular economy law implementation and analyzing circular economy legislation in other provinces of China and other countries. It is the author's wish that the constructed legal system in this thesis can serve as a useful reference in regional circular economy legislation.
