A Study On Government's Responsibility Of Public Security Management In China

Nowadays we've entered a period when emergent accidents concerning public security happen with high frequency, which not only impose a threat the life and property of the public, but also affect the steady development of society. However, China's public security management still has a far way to go before it can live up to the expectation of our citizens and meet the requirement of the society. Base on it, we should enhance its ability of public security management.A research on the government's responsibility in public security management would help government clarify the content and the range of the responsibility, and may help them put forward countermeasures to promote reformation of administrative system.This thesis starts from a brief introduction of the development of public security management, defining the key words of the paper. Then the author offers the theoretical support of the viewpoint that government assumes the chief responsibility in public security management.
