The E-government is an important means of the government service. Relying on the Internet, it is on the up in our country. Compared with traditional government service, the E-government shows its obvious advantage, but only little people take the E-government service. This paper analyzes the Digital Divide problem in the E-government service, points out that more service delivery modes should be provided in order that more people can get the E-government service. At the same time, this paper carries on a research on the E-government service delivery mode by studying some cases in Fujian Province.This paper consists of three chapters:Chapter 1 mainly elaborates the background an circumstance of the E-government, introduces the general situation of administration reform and E-government in domestic and international region, points out the comparison advantage of the E-government service to the traditional government service..Chapter 2 researches the Digital Divide problem in the E-government service. Firstly, analyzes the general situation of the Internet in China and points out serious acquirable Digital Divide among regions and communities. Secondly, analyzes the fact that little people take the E-government service, points out acceptable Digital Divide. Finally, gives advice about how to solve the Digital Divide problem in the E-government service.Chapter 3 studies on the E-government service delivery mode. At first, analyzes three E-government service delivery cases in Fujian Province that mainly make use of online service, telephone service, spot service respectively. Then, offers an opinion that the E-government should have powerful Front-office and provide variety of method to help the public to accept the provided service better.
