A Study On The Litigation Language Art

The judicature and litigation language are always the main thesis in the forensic linguistics research. But recently, in our country, we did not attach enough importance to the forensic language function in count, and so did in the judicial world. And our forensic linguistics research emphasizes more on language itself. So it will be a breakthrough if we can apply the forensic linguistics theory and the method to the daily case and judicial practice. There are much not-standard phenomenon, which is extremely easy to initiate the dispute and waste the judicature cost, in our judicature and the forensic language. In that case, we should enhance the legal language research, make it to serve the legal practice, instruct law activities, promote judicial system, solve actual problem in our legal affairs. This also adapts the tendency reforming in forensic linguistics research- from the static standard to dynamic applied research. Therefore this topic has certain theory value and the creative significance.This article focuses on the litigation language. It will from the use of court speech language, court mediation language, court overlapping inquiry language and court debate language, takes some basic theory on linguistics, linguistic environment study, the human relations study and words analysis as the instruction. We will combine the study with the concrete legal practice and the case analysis. From unifying the scientific and standard language using with our daily count affairs, we will make the litigation language become more scientifically, canonically and artistically.
