Under the current law education reform, the orientation of knowledge initiator has restricted the cultivation of the eligible law talents to a large extent. The advance of the practical teaching approach puts forward a new expectation on the teaching role and higher requirement. The constructivism teaching approach makes a thorough explanation on its role, and it penetrates the inner connotation of the traditional teaching view. That is to say, to some degree, the traditional teaching role has been greatly challenged. Based on the theory, the paper makes a detailed analysis on the quality and cultivation of professional law teachers under the teaching mode, which may motivate the self-development of learners. The paper consists of five parts on the whole. The introduction mentions the research background and writing plan. Part one discusses the quality situation and problems, which professional law teachers may face. Meanwhile, it also mentions the instructing significance of constructivism on professional law teachers' quality improvement. Part two probes into the cultivation target towards professional law teachers based on the constructivism. Part three studies how to perfect professional law teachers' quality. And the fourth part explores the approach of professional law teachers' quality cultivation in the light of constructivism. The latter three parts constitute a complete structure for the cultivation and development of professional law teachers in the perspective of constructivism.
