The rural revitalization strategy is a comprehensive strategy.Talent revitalization and agricultural modernization are an important part of it.The key to rural revitalization lies in the improvement of the quality of talents.As the backbone of the countryside,the quality of new farmers is also related to the vigorous efforts of the rural revitalization strategy.Implement.At present,although my country’s new type of farmer cultivation has gradually achieved remarkable results,the quality of farmers is still at a low level.Therefore,it is very urgent to take the rural revitalization strategy as an opportunity to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers.The cultivation of new type of farmers’ professional quality is very urgent.Research plays an indispensable role in promoting agricultural modernization and implementing rural revitalization strategies.Under the background of rural revitalization,the thesis uses human capital theory,agricultural pedal theory and industrial upgrading theory to conduct in-depth research on the cultivation of new farmers’ professional literacy from the following aspects.First,define the core concepts,clarify the internal relationship between rural revitalization and the cultivation of new farmers’ professional literacy,the connotation of new farmers’ professional literacy and the necessity of new farmers’ professional literacy cultivation.Second,sort out the relevant policies for the cultivation of new-type farmers’ professional literacy,and analyze their cultivation methods to understand the effectiveness and difficulties of new-type farmers’ professional literacy cultivation.Third,use questionnaires to analyze the occupational literacy status of rural farmers in Tancheng County,and understand the problems existing in the occupational literacy of farmers.Fourth,use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the influencing indicators of the cultivation of new farmers’ professional literacy,calculate the weights of indicators at all levels,and analyze the focus of the new farmers’ professional literacy that needs to be strengthened in the next step.Fifth,based on the problems in the cultivation of new farmers’ professional literacy,countermeasures to improve the new farmers’ professional literacy are proposed.The paper draws the following conclusions: new farmers have particularity compared with traditional farmers,production methods are in line with market economy,development-oriented business philosophy should give full play to subjective initiative;based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get a new type of farmer occupation The focus of literacy improvement is the market management and management ability;the improvement of the professional literacy of new farmers can be comprehensively considered from the aspects of increasing investment in rural vocational education,giving full play to the dominant position of farmers,stimulating endogenous motivation,promoting the market economy,and improving the cultivation system.By enhancing timely information exchanges between farmers and the market,accurately grasp market dynamics and improve market management capabilities.
