Study On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

China is a country with a long history of agricultural development,and agriculture has always played a vital role.As the participants who directly involved in agricultural production,the comprehensive quality of farmers determines the quality of China's agricultural production directly.In recent years,the shortage of agricultural labor force and the low quality of science and technology and culture have increasingly hindered the further development of China's agriculture with the advancement of urbanization in China.For this,cultivating a batch of new professional farmers has become the primary task of China's agricultural development,but also an important measure of China's rural revitalization strategy.Zhao County is the national key agricultural production county,the important wheat production base.Since the beginning of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in 2016,a number of outstanding new-type professional farmers,represented by Li Sumin,have emerged,which has promoted the development of local agriculture.However,there are still some problems to be solved in its current cultivation.This thesis takes Zhao County as an example,takes the theory of human capital and the theory of public goods as the theoretical basis,and through reading a lot of relevant literature,deepens the understanding of the cultivation of new professional farmers,and understands the research results of current cultivation of new professional farmers.By combining questionnaire survey and interview,this thesis studies the current situation of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Zhao County,and summarizes the existing problems:problems at the government level,poor publicity effect,insufficient financial investment,single source of funds,imperfect supervision system,and imperfect support and security policies.At the level of training institutions,the content of training is single and disjointed,the way of training is backward,the teaching staff is weak,and the training lacks diversification and hierarchy.Farmers themselves level of problems,comprehensive quality is low,participation enthusiasm is not high.Based on the above analysis,in addition to the current domestic and foreign successful experience for reference,this thesis from the government,training institutions,farmers themselves three aspects proposed countermeasures and Suggestions.The first suggestion is to give full play to the leading role of the government,increase publicity and financial input,attract social capital,establish a clear division of labor cultivation system,standardize the cultivation system and farmer management,and improve relevant supporting policies.The second suggestion is to improve the teaching level of the training institutions,scientifically set up the content,enrich the teaching means,strengthen the construction of teachers and optimize the teaching resources.The third suggestion is to encourage students to improve themselves,strive to improve their comprehensive quality,to establish advanced concepts.
