As one of the financial management institutions, the trust comes to be the important part in financail system of our country by right of its advantage in financial management and financial transfer. Hence, it brings an important question for the development of the Trust in our country that is how to construct an intendance institution which can benefit for such industry as well as keep the financial risk away. By the reason of the imbalance development of economy and the special financial institution in our country, there is too much have to consider for establishing and consummating a global Trust industry system. Here we aim to find some content which is useful for us by analyzing the Trust management institution.The article is made up of Abstract, Main test and conclusion.
