The Huang Di and Lao Zi school at the beginning of the Han Dynasty is a new theoretical system of the Taoist School, experienced the Lao Zi,the Taoist school of the Under Millet,the Four classics of Yellow Emperor.The legal ideas of the Huang Di and Lao Zi school mostly represented in the Lu Jia's Xin Yu and Liu An's Huai Nan Zi. The Huang Di and Lao Zi school absorbed some knowledge from other school, especially the rule of Virtue from the Confucian and the rule of Law from Legalist school. The Huang Di and Lao Zi school at the beginning of the Han Dynasty was chosed to be the basic thought of rule by the governor because of it's systemic theories and aptness for the beginning of the Han Dynasty,and had a important influence in the legal system innovation and the development of economy.The article totally contains five chapters.The first chapter introduces the Huang Di and Lao Zi school come into being after experiencing the Lao Zi,the Taoist school of the Under Millet,the Four classics of Yellow Emperor.From Lao Zi's natural law to the absorption of the rule of Virtue from the Confucian and the rule of Law from Legalist schools.The second chapter introduces the main content of the Huang Di and Lao Zi school,including the rule of Law and Virtue, succinct legal system and light penalty,light taxes and corvee,and the relation between these and the theory of cure but inaction.The third chapter discusses the particular absorption and rebuilding of the traditional Taoist School, the Confucian and the Legalist school,especially in the reason of absorption and rebuilding of rule of Law and rule of Virtue.The fourth chapter introduces the influence of the Huang Di and Lao Zi school on the legal system innovation at the beginning of the Han Dynasty. Introducing the reason of being chosed by the governor,then especially introduces the influence on succinct legal system and light penalty,light taxes and corvee.The fifth chapter discusses the reason of replacement by the Confucian,especially in the negative infulence on economy and the shortage of maintaining feudality.
