Ways Selection To Reinforcing The Building Of The Participating Ability For Participating Parties

In the new century, china is going into a new stage of development for constructing the well-to-do society in all-rounds and promoting the socialist construction. Under this kind of circumstances, it appears very significant and urgent for the participating parties, who are devoting themselves to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to reinforce their own building so as to improve the ability of understanding politics, the ability of participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs, the ability of organization and leadership, and the ability of cooperation and coalition unceasingly to fit with the needs of the new situations. However, many experts and scholars both at home and abroad are giving insufficient attention to this problem now. Moreover, in the light of development for the building of Chinese democratic politics and political civilization of socialism, the participating ability of participating parties is lagging behind the administration ability of the Communist Party of China, assuming an aggravate posture gradually, which affects the play to the superiority of our party system. From this, this thesis is going to have an explanation on the building of the participating ability in the new period, combining with the history of democratic parties, with the participating theory and practice, and with the experience from taking part in politics.This thesis mainly uses the following research methods: history analysis and logic summary union, contradiction analysis, cause and effect linkage, comparison analysis and applying theory to reality .The first two parts tests and verifies the necessity for democratic parties to gain the status of participating parties and the participating theory and practice from a historical angle separately, penetrating their pursuit and probe into the value ideal of democratic politics and the formation of the "sixteen words" policy. On grounds of the stated parts, the third part summaries the major experience and lessons from the participating activities, which can do favor to the demonstration of the next two parts. It serves as a connecting link between the preceding and the following. The fourth part demonstrates the significance and urgency to reinforce the building of the participating ability from three aspects, that are the big social background, survival and development of the participating parties, and the consolidation and perfect of the politics system which includes the parties. Finally, this thesis expounds and studies the major four component parts in the building of the participating ability separately. It is not only the key point but also the difficult point.
