A Study On The Path Of Enhancing The Consultative Ability Of Participating Parties

As the greatest advantage of China's social and democratic politics and the unique form of our political system,the negotiation of democracy runs through the whole process of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.The democratic party's ability of consultation and management is directly related to the development of China's deliberative democracy and the effect of state governance.Therefore,The exploration of governance ability has important theoretical value and practical value.There are four parts in this paper.The introduction part mainly introduces the related research achievements at home and abroad,and understand the main contents and opinions of the study of consultation democracy and governance,political construction and so on.The first chapter explains the connotation of the ability of consultation and management.On this basis,it summarizes the basic contents and requirements of the consultative governance ability of the participating parties and expounds the important value of enhancing the consultative governance ability of the participating parties.The second chapter summarizes the process of the construction of the political party in our country will,and analyzes the present situation of the consultative governance ability of the participating parties,sums up the achievements of the party building capacity,points out the main problems that exist in the governance ability of the participating parties: the weak political consciousness,the weak opinion of the masses and the lag of the supervision.And it analyzes the main reasons for the lack of consultation ability of participating parties from the aspects of consultation subject,content and system.In the third chapter,we discuss the main reasons of the lack of consultative governance ability of the participating parties,and puts forward the main path from the construction of the governance ability of the participating parties from the aspects of political and cultural environment,institutional and ability assessment system: to promote the participation of political parties in the institutionalized development of democratic consultation,to strengthen the grassroots organizations in the construction of political parties,we need to improve the internal working mechanism,participating parties to strengthen their education and training to enhance the overall quality of members;establish a specific assessment system,functions and performance measures,and so on.
