The Research Of The Associations And Its Ways To Protect Investors' Rights On Chinese Securities Market

Through developed fast these years, we have got a lot of achieves on our country's economic. If we would make more progress, we should assign the capital and goods more efficient. Security market is a good way to assign capital and goods efficiently. Chinese securities market has made a great achievement since 1990, but we have got the research and practice little on investors protection. Faced this situation, the writer thinks we should change it.This thesis consists of four parts.(a) The importance of protecting investors'rights by associations. First, by self-regulation, out of control by the market and the government can be made up. Thus the investors'rights can be better protected. Second, associations help to achieve the equality of the person intervening to the securities market and the check and balance of them. Third, associations contribute to the transmission and feedback of the information among the government, companies and the investors.
