The information technology (IT) characterized as multi-media and Internet has become the powerful engine for the development, and makes a great influence on the living style, thinking style and learning style of human beings. With the demands of the new age, the integration of information technology with curriculum (IITC) is emerging as the mainstream of educational reform all over the word, and has become a new direction for the educational reform of military colleges in China.With the impact of IT, and the new demands of IITC, the military colleges in China are facing the new challenges. How to find the resolution to resolve the problems and promote the development of instruction in military colleges becomes one of the bases of the conduction of the thesis research.In this M.A. thesis, the pictures of research are described in six chapters. Chapter one is an introduction, which introduces the background information of the research, including the goals and methodologies. From chapter two to five, the author make a systematic consideration on the issues of IITC in military colleges grounded in the new military revolutionary, including the theoretical foundations, main contents, integrating models and the ideal implementation style and the future of IITC in military colleges. In the final chapter, chapter six, the conclusions are summarized briefly.In this M.A. thesis, through exploring the picture of IITC in military colleges, the author proposes that there are a serial of challenges in the practice of IITC in military colleges of China. Based on this, the author argues that the new military revolutionary all over the world and the change of learning style driven by IT set the background for the implementation of IITC in military colleges.Then, the author fatherly argues that the theoretical foundations of IITC in military colleges include the new military revolutionary, instructional design with computing, constructivism and the STS theory. Based on this point, the author proposes that the nature of IITC in military colleges is same as its nature in general educational situations and presents the three kinds of models for IITC in military educational situation, including the IT Subject Based Model, IT as Aids Model, and Inquiry Learning with IT Model.On the implementation of IITC in military colleges, based on the long time practice,...
